Part “I” provides a notice to the public in the county where the property is located through registration of our copyrighted “Lien Giving Notice For/To/Any Fraud Alert”.
Part “II” registers the property on Properties NOT for Sale.com, our National Property Search Website, so anyone can instantly validate the property owner’s intentions. By quickly being able to verify the property owner has NOT authorized the sale, purchase, transfer, exchange, refinance, or the encumbering of their property, an unauthorized transaction or sale in progress can be terminated and prevent a closing from occurring BEFORE the title is transferred or other harm is done.
TO GET STARTED… Property Owners and Affiliates sign up for Membership with Properties NOT for Sale.com. The one-time Membership Registration is $124.00 and an the annual Membership Fee is $25. Upon payment, they complete the fillable Property Owner Verification Form. The new Member will receive Part I described above with easy to follow instructions on how to complete and record the copyrighted document. After uploading it to the Company the property is posted on Properties NOT for Sale.com and the Double Registration is complete with Local and National transparency and their 24/7 Property Fraud Alert Protection is fully active.
