HOW IT WORKS…YOUR PROTECTION SOLUTION!

Take charge today! The quickest way to beat the bad guys is to have a great defense. Below is The Plan to put your defense to work immediately.

IMMEDIATE BENEFITS! With identity theft happening every 6 seconds in the U.S. and scammers impersonating property owners on a daily basis it is more important than ever to take steps to protect your property equity. See below how our PropertiesNOTforSale.com website will create the Transparency needed to identify a scam BEFORE the transaction closes.

Here’s “THE PLAN” – Simple & Very Effective!

Part I — Stop Fraud at the Source

If a scammer attempts to sell your property, the closing agent—whether an attorney, title company, or real estate broker—will typically recommend that the buyer obtain title insurance. When a buyer finances the purchase, a lender will generally require a Lender’s Title Insurance Policy to protect its interest in the property. An Owner’s Title Insurance Policy, however, may be optional under state law, particularly in a cash transaction. Most real estate professionals recommend an Owner’s Title Policy because it can protect your ownership rights and equity against certain hidden liens, title defects, and fraud for as long as you own the property.

But here’s the problem: fraudulent property sales can look completely legitimate on paper. Scammers often target low-priced cash transactions with quick closing dates because they can move through the process before the true owner realizes what is happening. A routine title search or county-records report may show nothing unusual.

That’s Where Our 24/7 Property Fraud System Comes In. Our system is designed to create an additional layer of protection by recording a Lien Giving Notice For/To/Any Fraud Alert against the property. When a closing agent searches the public records and discovers the recorded fraud alert, they can see that the lien cannot be released without specific steps being followed. The recording also puts the transaction on notice that the property is NOT FOR SALE — and that matters. No lien release means no clear title. No clear title is a red flag, and a public notice that the property is NOT FOR SALE definitely means no closing. The fraudulent transaction can be stopped before the scammer walks away with the proceeds — and your property stays yours.

Part II — Make Your Intent Public Instantly

PropertiesNOTforSale.com is our National Property Awareness Website — a free, instant search tool anyone can use to verify a property owner’s intentions. Closing attorneys, title companies, real estate agents, and concerned buyers can search any address and know within seconds whether the owner has authorized a sale, transfer, or refinance.

No more waiting weeks for a title search to uncover a problem. The answer is available immediately, for free.

And for scammers? If they search your address and see it listed on PropertiesNOTforSale.com, they know you’re aware and protected. They’ll move on to an easier target.

Other Scam Alert Reports – Title Companies & Others

Instant National Property Awareness!

Anyone can see instantly if the intent of the owner is NOT to sell their property by typing in the street number and property address plus zip code. Why is this important? First of all, if a buyer, agent, attorney, or title company can verify the intent of the owner it protects them and the owner from illegal property actions that scammers try to initiate. Second, if the property is NOT for sale the scammers take the path of least resistance as there are easier targets for scammers to work on.

Local Property Protection!

If the owner lives in another area of the country as many of our Florida owners do, they are perfect targets for scammers to imitate the owner and sell their property. Often locals see the property advertised and are surprised to see their neighbors are selling. If they are unable to reach the owner, they could check on what they feel or might be suspect is inappropriate action.

Local awareness has saved several of our customers from scams being perpetrated on their property. Wouldn’t it be great if your neighbors could quickly see in an instant if your intent was NOT to Sell so they could let you know what is happening? Our program costs very little to add two more layers of protection from scammers on your property.

Buyer Beware Alert!

Buyers who see a sign or advertisement for the sale of a property are able to check PropertiesNOTforSale.com, our National Property Awareness Website, and see if the property address is listed, which means it is NOT For Sale by the owner! If it listed that would indicate it is being offered FOR SALE ILLEGALLY!

As we have said, if your property is NOT for Sale, one of the best ways to protect the equity is to be more “transparent” as suggested by the FBI. One can be part of the solution of the ever growing threat against the illegal sale or transfer of an owners equity without an owner’s permission by taking action today.
