Disclosure: “PropertiesNOTforSale.com” is a searchable Website with one specific purpose, which is to show the intent of the real owner by posting the property address on the site to verify that the “Property is NOT for Sale.” Combined with our copyrighted and a recorded "Lien Giving Notice...Fraud Alert", owners create a unique “Double Registration” making it difficult for scammers to pass clear title to a buyer should they be unlawfully trying to list and/or sell the property. The big question in today’s electronic world when one is buying a property is whether the seller is really the seller. Every closing attorney, title company or real estate broker will do their best to identify the real seller, but there are no absolute guarantees. The best way to avoid a scam is to be proactive and post a public notice on our website that creates a unique, “AT THE SOURCE” level of transparency that displays the intent of the property owner, which emphatically says… “My Property is NOT for Sale!” The Website and Notices are quick and effective ways to warn unsuspecting buyers and professionals should the documents they hold show otherwise. Read the Testimonials and our “Personal Experience” of how the wasted time, trials, tribulations and expenses caused by scammers could have been avoided with a simple website posting and a properly recorded official "Lien Giving Notice...Fraud Alert" that confirms this “Property is NOT for Sale.”
