PropertiesNOTforSale.com LLC

  1. Correspondence: All correspondence to Owner(s)/Affiant(s) shall be to the phone number or email officially registered with Properties NOT for Sale.com LLC, “the Company”, through Two-step, voice, AI, or facial verification methods used by the “Company”.
  2. “Property” Postings: Upon the Owner completing a “Property Profile” (PP) for each property a Company produced copyrighted form, “Lien Giving Notice For/To/Any Fraud Alert,” shall be provided to the Owner(s)/Affiant(s) to be notarized and recorded at their local County Registrar. Upon verification of registration only a searchable address shall be posted on PropertiesNOTforSale.com.
  3. Removal of a Property: Only the Owner(s) or their pre-approved authorized representative of record, or a court order can authorize the removal of a Property on “PropertiesNotForSale.com.
  4. Intent of Services: The Parties acknowledge that the intent of the actions outlined herein are to prevent unauthorized activity to transfer, change the title, or encumber an Owner(s) property. “The Company” is not an insurance company and no insurance or guarantee against title defect is provided.
  5. Property Certification: To be “Officially Certified Not For Sale” the Property must be…
         A.) Actively registered on the PropertyNOTforSale.com website, and
    B.) The “Lien Giving Notice…Fraud Alert” shall be properly recorded        in the County Registrar’s Office.
  6. Termination of Services: In the event the “Lien Giving Notice…Fraud Alert” is properly terminated with a “Cancellation Request” or the Property has been delisted on PropertiesNOTfotSale.com, the Owner(s) agree(s) all services are considered immediately terminated without further obligation. A recordable “Release” shall be returned to the Owner(s)/Affiant(s) of record upon fulfillment the Membership terms and all Parties shall be released and discharged from any further responsibilities.
  7. Privacy Policy: All information collected or entered into PropertiesNOTforSale.com is exclusively used for verification of owners and properties. Properties NOT for Sale.com LLC will never resell any owner or property information to any individual, third party or company. Due to the number of people involved in property transactions absolute property protection cannot be totally guaranteed but it is believed there is no better way to avoid unauthorized activity before it happens.   8. General Terms of Use apply to all services, online and otherwise and may be revised and updated from time to time and are effective immediately and binding on me. By checking the box “I Agree” to the Terms of Use below and I acknowledge the following.
    • I understand that I am accessing a privately owned system by “the Company” and all Forms and Terms of Use are subject to the Laws of the State of Florida.
    • Information collected by or given to “the Company” shall not be sold or shared with third parties unless it is part of an investigation into unauthorized, improper or illegal activities.
    • I understand that any usage of the system may be monitored, recorded, and officially reviewed. Any unauthorized or improper use of PropertiesNOTforSale.com is prohibited and may result in grounds for termination, administrative, civil or criminal penalties or other actions.
    • I accept that I am responsible for protecting any information provided to me by “the Company.”
    • I agree that “the Company” is not responsible for the improper disclosure of any information that “the Company,” its employees, affiliates or sponsors have provided to me or any information that is on or from my computer or other device, whether due to my negligence or the wrongful acts of others.
